The Project: The Plutus Residence in Tiruvanmiyur is a contemporary residential complex designed with expansive open spaces, including an inviting swimming pool deck and a well-appointed terrace. These areas serve as key lifestyle zones where the family gathers, entertains guests, and enjoys outdoor living. The client wanted furniture that not only complements the modern architectural style but also enhances comfort and functionality across both outdoor spaces.

The Requirement: The requirement included a coordinated outdoor seating arrangement for the terrace, along with loungers for the poolside. The client needed a mix of three-seater, double-seater, and single-seater sofas paired with center and side tables for social gatherings and relaxed evenings. Additionally, loungers with side tables were needed by the pool for sunbathing, reading, or casual lounging. All pieces had to withstand constant exposure to sunlight, moisture from the pool area, and the coastal climate, while maintaining a premium aesthetic.

The Solution: Ellements curated a complete outdoor living ensemble using the Ibiza collection, which included the Ibiza three-seater, double-seater, and single-seater sofas along with matching center and side tables, complemented by Ibiza loungers and side tables for the pool deck. Each piece is crafted with T5-hardness powder-coated aluminium frames for strength and durability, wrapped in UV-stabilised HDPE wicker designed to resist fading and weathering. The seating is finished with high-quality Sleepwell foam cushions encased in water-repellent fabric covers, ensuring plush comfort and protection against moisture. This cohesive installation elevated both the terrace and poolside into seamless lifestyle spaces that balance modern design, outdoor resilience, and everyday comfort.
