The Project: Crown Residence in Koyambedu is a premium residential complex offering thoughtfully designed communal spaces to elevate the lifestyle of its residents. The development includes a swimming pool deck, a clubhouse social zone, and an outdoor dining area—all intended to encourage recreation, comfort, and community interaction. To enhance these high-utility spaces, the client required coordinated outdoor furniture that blends aesthetic appeal with everyday durability.

The Requirement: The project needed a mix of loungers for the poolside, comfortable sofa seating for the clubhouse, and an elegant dining set for the outdoor dining area. Since these spaces experience frequent use and exposure to sun, moisture, and changing weather, the furniture had to be robust, low-maintenance, and capable of retaining its premium appearance over time. Comfort, cohesive design, and practicality were essential considerations for all three zones.

The Solution: Ellements furnished the complex with a complete outdoor ensemble that catered to each functional area. The poolside was elevated with sleek Flyod Loungers paired with matching side tables, offering residents a comfortable space for sunbathing and relaxation. The clubhouse was outfitted with the Clinton sofa collection, including the three-seater and single-seater sofas, complemented by coordinated center and side tables to create an inviting lounge setting. For the dining area, Gerona dining chairs paired with the Berkshire dining table provided a refined and durable solution for outdoor meals and gatherings. All pieces were constructed using T5-hardness powder-coated aluminium frames, UV-stabilised HDPE wicker, and Sleepwell foam cushions with water-repellent fabric covers—ensuring long-lasting comfort, strength, and easy upkeep. Together, these installations transformed the poolside, clubhouse, and dining zones into well-appointed lifestyle spaces that offer a premium outdoor experience for residents.
