Project Overview:
The Peak in Ashok Nagar is a contemporary residential complex designed with thoughtfully planned common spaces for residents to relax, unwind, and enjoy outdoor living. The terrace area functions as a shared amenity zone where residents can lounge, sunbathe, or enjoy quiet personal time in an open-air setting. To enhance this space, the client wanted premium outdoor furniture that could elevate the terrace into a comfortable and visually appealing retreat for all residents.
Project Requirement:
The terrace required furniture that offers both leisure comfort and long-term durability, considering the high usage typical of common spaces in residential complexes. The client requested a combination of a luxurious daybed and stylish sun loungers that could withstand exposure to sun, wind, and rain while remaining low-maintenance and elegant. The furniture needed to complement the architectural style of the complex and remain inviting throughout the year.pool area, and the coastal climate, while maintaining a premium aesthetic.
Our Solution:
Ellements installed a sophisticated outdoor lounging arrangement featuring the Ibiza Daybed along with Veneto Sun Loungers accompanied by a matching side table. Built with T5-hardness powder-coated aluminium frames, the furniture ensures lasting structural integrity, while the UV- stabilised HDPE synthetic wicker provides resilience against heat, fading, and weather changes.
The seating is finished with Sleepwell foam cushions and water-repellent fabric covers, offering comfort, durability, and ease of upkeep. This curated setup transformed the terrace into a serene, resort-like escape within the residential complex, providing a premium relaxation experience for all residents.
